}Authorizations
Service Account Token authentication. To authenticate API requests:
-
Create a Service Account Token:
- Go to the Cerebrium Dashboard and open the API Keys page
- Click Create Service Account, name it (e.g., "GitHub Actions CI/CD"), choose an expiry date, and click Create
- Copy the token generated for the desired service account
-
Use the Token: Include the service account token in the Authorization header of API requests:
Authorization: Bearer <your-service-account-token> -
Best Practices:
- Create separate service accounts for different environments (dev, staging, prod)
- Store tokens securely as secrets in consuming applications or workflows
- Set appropriate expiry dates and rotate tokens regularly
- Never commit tokens to source control
For CI/CD integration examples, see the CI/CD documentation.
Path Parameters
Query Parameters
Month to query in YYYY-MM format, or 'current'/'previous' aliases
Time granularity for data points (currently only 'day' is supported)
Number of top apps to return (default 10)
Whether to group remaining apps into 'Others' (true/false)
Comma-separated list of app IDs to include (optional filter)
Comma-separated list of app IDs to exclude (optional filter)
Response
Daily per-app billing cost time series for the requested month, ready for charting.
Date labels (YYYY-MM-DD) for each data point in the series, covering the requested month.
Summary metadata. Contains window_start (string), window_end (string), currency (string), total_apps (integer), returned_apps (integer), top_n (integer), y_max_suggestion (number), total_cost_before_discounts (number), total_discounts (number), and total_cost_after_discounts (number).
Aggregated series for apps outside the top N when group_others is true. Contains count (integer of grouped apps), data (array of daily cost numbers aligned with labels), and total (number). Omitted otherwise.
Per-app cost series. Each item contains app_id (string), app_name (string), data (array of daily cost numbers aligned with labels), and total (number) for the month.
